This new translation was made by experienced Klingonist Andrew D. Miller from the USA. It tells the first Holmes story by Arthur Conan Doyle all in Klingon, without setting it to a Klingon surrounding. Instead, it remains a pure translation of a story happening in London.

The book is bilingual with a side-to-side translation. A special layout offers a better readability for beginners to compare between Klingon and original.
